SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Rates
Please note that our shipping is calculated based on the physical weight of the speciality coffee bag and the outer carton the product is shipped in. This is due to how shipping is calculated by the providers we use.


Under 2kg = Free of charge (Royal Mail Standard Delivery)
2.01kg - 25kg = £6.95 (DPD Delivery)

 

We also offer the following options for Royal Mail Tracked Delivery:
Under 0.5kg = £4.50
0.51kg - 1kg = £5.00
1.01kg - 1.5kg = £5.95
1.51kg - 2kg = £6.95


We do not offer this service over 2kg.
We would recommend that you choose tracked shipping if you feel that its necessary. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: We want you to love your speciality coffee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for exchange, but please talk to us first.
